ITEM : AS9301 Fiber-Flattening Underbase Silicone Ink
It's a platinum-catalyzed two-component liquid silicone rubber for textile
printing.
It can be directly screen printed as an underbase coating.
It is specially designed to smooth down protruding fibers on the fabric surface.
* Mixing ratio: Mix with platinum catalyst A50 at 100:2
* Operation time (Pot life): 24 hours at a temperature of 25℃
* Suitable for applications requiring OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 compliance
Don't use thinner before flattening the fibers.
The baking temperature is 100-120℃.
Coat multiple layers of emulsion to achieve stencil thickness above 0.2 mm
Print the under base coat in one pass with 3 squeegee strokes. Do not apply excessive squeegee pressure. This process creates adequate film thickness to achieve excellent fiber-flattening performance.
